Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please include your order number and contact information when sending your return.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email us right away at poppyandlane@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

 

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We’re unable to accept returns on certain products, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
