To qualify for a return:

Please include your order number and contact information when sending your return.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email us right away at poppyandlane@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
